Red Robin Environment Employee Reviews

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

i thirve on doing good and helping my co workers

The coworkers were the only positive thing about working at Red Robin but a lot of them are being used.

Some of our management team is welcoming and overall great leaders. Willing to step in and help where it's needed.... for the restaurant.

We have a wonderful team that works well together. Not including management

We love to see happy customers eat our food and we have an amazing cook that goes a bit off recipe but always manages to make the food 10x better while still keeping up the pace with the other customers.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Depending on the location. The workers.

the teammembers are good with each other and we spend time bonding outside of RR.

That us non-management people have each other's backs.

Coworkers is the best part

Everybody works together as a team, and we all strive for one thing and that is to make sure our guest has a very best experience

Very diverse community to work in

They pretend they care about people but my gm and rgm are terrible people who just treat you like a robot and like they own you

The music playing in the lobby

Bringing the staff together to sing a birthday song or even working together side by side can be really meaningful when respectful expectations are put in place

A few employees who make it more.fun and better to get through the day but it's just mostly negative.

Most team members want to work and earn money. We want a good working environment. Not get bullied into quitting .

The people I work with as coworkers

Review from Customer Success Dept

the employees make the restaurant what it is. not management at all.

Its a new day to make another dollar

When certain management is not there.

Review from Customer Support Dept

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Many things; the largest of them being the managements respect for employees.

We need a new GM

All management. The new managers need to take care of their good employees instead of new ones and care about half of the equipment in a kitchen being broken. They should also be from within unlike the last 10 managers at my location who did not last

Like I stated before, spend more time caring about your employees because in return, your guests will be better cared for.

Review from Customer Success Dept

It all boils down to managment.

Management needs to get there stuff together and start treating their employees right.

Proper training for employees including managers, lack of proper equipment to perform job duties, job site cleanliness and customer service

Company should listen but they don't they listen to cocation employee

Literally everything , no one has respect for anyone there

Review from Customer Success Dept

Treat team members as responsible adults with real responsibilities. Make it easier for managers to hold their team members accountable.

Review from Customer Support Dept

The GM should have been removed. Not promoted.

Review from Operations Dept

Management needs to be there for us

Review from Customer Support Dept

Review from Sales Dept

Nothing needs to change. Again I am very satisfied with the quality and may never leave this job!
