Always willing to help where they can

I have a manager that is actually invested in employment career advancements and increased pay rates. Some of the big wigs will step in to help employees at their own volition. They never discriminate, or play favorites
We all work together and we all get along
They are supportive of me and my coworkers.
Everything everything everything everything everything

If all team members where treated equally.
I have 3 years of restaraunt experince in my position.. and I was only offered minimum wage + shared tips. I really feel like i should have been able to have 50¢ or $1 higher than minimum wage due to my experience, but Red Robin instead offers a *possibility* for a raise after a year of employment
I was lied to repeatably about how I would be compensated, what and when benefits would be available, and about career advancement possibilities.
If I was paid a livable wage, or even the wage I was promised when I was hired, I would be less upset. If I had access to any benefits, or any free time, I would be less upset.
i really enjoy helping the team
We all work well together
I love the relationships ive built
We work hard and make sure we can give our customers the best food experience we can.

Line cooks do their best even in terrible working conditions.
Respecting each others needs, communicating and working as a TEAM.
We need to communicate better. Theirs a lot of disrespect and favoritism. If someone doesn't like another person, they will make it harder on the next person to do their job. No one is willing help them do better, they talk down on others instead of lifting them up with the work load.
Every coworker I enjoy working with and/or feel is good at their job is being pushed out for a new cook
This company need to focus on operations
Review from Operations Dept
Teamwork plus honesty and respect
i thirve on doing good and helping my co workers
The coworkers were the only positive thing about working at Red Robin but a lot of them are being used.
Some of our management team is welcoming and overall great leaders. Willing to step in and help where it's needed.... for the restaurant.
We have a wonderful team that works well together. Not including management
We love to see happy customers eat our food and we have an amazing cook that goes a bit off recipe but always manages to make the food 10x better while still keeping up the pace with the other customers.

A new gm at the store i used to work
Many things; the largest of them being the managements respect for employees.
We need a new GM
All management. The new managers need to take care of their good employees instead of new ones and care about half of the equipment in a kitchen being broken. They should also be from within unlike the last 10 managers at my location who did not last
Like I stated before, spend more time caring about your employees because in return, your guests will be better cared for.

its online and easy to explain and access

At first everything was fine but then unfortunately everything took a turn including how the managers were towards you.
Very fast and they still checked everything as my background and etc...
Review from Customer Success Dept
They hired no questions asked
It was very informative at the time but I now realize I was lied to
They lie about compensation and benefits, pay less for more qualifications, and only promote the most openly fascistic of their staff.
They lied to me about how much I would be compensated and how and when I would receive benefits.
be on time to the interview.
Was hired for a position but that position was taken off the mgr stated that i be working as a cook
Putting a big smile on the customers faces enough to bring them back.
Happy vibrations, consistent communication, integrity and RESPECT
The guest and my co workers
Just seeing happy customers go about their day and then light up whenever they get to eat at our restaurant and the tips themselves say everything as I have gotten a 100$ tip on five different occasions.
Review from Customer Success Dept
When I know I have helped my employees and they ate happy to see they are working with me
Many staff members are rude
Management, Tim doesn't handle things well
Health codes are completely ignored and workers are not paid enough to care about the future of the company. It cannot be improved. The corporate staff are utterly incapable at their jobs.
Managers have frequently said "we don't give a f*ck about health code," demanded we put food that has fallen on the floor into the fryers and onto the grill to "sterilize" it, and treats the workers with absolute contempt. If customers knew this business, it would fail.
No respect for people who have experience
good values and firm stances
The team but not management
Development
Better management. That pikes people.
