What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The family first and togetherness we have each other's backs and we work as one unit. Greeting every customer as they come in with a full body hello we care about our customers and what they are going through and it shows in every interaction we have

Better management. Not narcissistic managers that always talk about how much MK ey they get making us little people feel inadequate.
