What did you like most about the interview process?

The manager was nice and informative

all they did was ask if i could read so i got the job

Well it's been a while since I interviewed, I'm sure much has changed

They seemed to want me there

I was made to feel comfortable and given any information I asked about.

It was mostly informal and in an easy setting

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

yes i would make it better becuse I thought I sharted my pants when I was talking AND she heard it

The interview is fine itself it's just the people you work with and they don't really do background checks right there's no company handbook that you're haven't given and your started off and have to do a whole bunch of computer work but I really get as much training in person

Get a new Personnel team to do the hiring

Ask questions to test responses to hard questions and not small talk

I wouldnt really know. My interview lasted 2 minutes

Try interviewing and we wouldnt have so much turn over
