Not forward looking enough. They seem to be satisfied with what they do and how they do it, because its been successful up to this point.
Always willing to listen, they are spectacular.
For the most part work fairly
There are some questions about performance and evaluations, that I have.
They are legendary in their customer service skills

Training for managers is top notch. But for individuals working there the train is not so good.
Our receiver, manager and ASM work together very well to get things done.
Vision and Strategy with transparency
They mostly do their best in a system that really only cares about company/exective profit.
My direct manager is a fantastic leader. Not only do I get a chance to learn from her, she is incredibly supportive. I believe most of our executives are this way, although there are some opportunities for coaching.
He's very active with everyone.
The willingness to make sure you have what you need to rise to the top
Friendly, that's all I got.
they all work well together and are great!
They work pretty will in team
They listen and make changes based on team members and customers surveys
They strive to be accessable

They are amazing and very understanding
Listen to the concerns about your employees. We are losing good team members and our concerns are going unheard. Our ASM has been beat down and is on the verge of losing his job over NOTHING other than then fact that the SM does not like him and the DM ignores ALL concerns.
Schedule is the biggest issue. Lack of workers.
Hiring Managers and hold them accountable
Thinking only of themselves constantly.
Managing, doing the job and more employees
Everything! No real concern for customers or employees
Payroll to hire enough people. A lot of goals to be met, and work to be done, but can't hire enough people to achieve those goals. Then expect manager to work all those extra hours because they are on salary. Work 60+ per week and paid for 40. Pay hourly people a decent wage.
Be sincere and honest about false expectations. there are too many rah rah pitch-a-thons directed to folks at ground level.

Teamwork and handling work evenly
A better manager one that actually cares about the employees
They need to learn their policies.

Following company procedures and rules and protocols
Making a non hostile work enviornment
Running the store and co workers more effectively. Get serious
Doing their job being professional coaching and giving feedback. Educated conversations.
Accepting that employess do not have to dedicate their life to the company
not disappearing, communication and attitudes
EVERYONE deserves a fair wage. A re-alignment has brought to light that at least a big chunk of us are not receiving what new hires are getting, and that doesn't even account for the previous experience. Also, growth should be encouraged, not stymied. I literally fight myself to go to work.
Listening to the employees when they are trying to tell them that the manager is hurting the store by not helping and allowing the employees to be threatened by customers
Not to discriminate against people with leg amputations
