Training for managers is top notch. But for individuals working there the train is not so good.
Our receiver, manager and ASM work together very well to get things done.
Listen to the concerns about your employees. We are losing good team members and our concerns are going unheard. Our ASM has been beat down and is on the verge of losing his job over NOTHING other than then fact that the SM does not like him and the DM ignores ALL concerns.
Schedule is the biggest issue. Lack of workers.

I make far less money than other cashiers at other nearby retail stores. I secure more credit cards, Neighbors club, and Power Plus plans than anyone in my store. I would feel better making a dollar more per hour.

Our coworkers are the only reason I stay. But as the SM and DM drive them away, there isn't much to keep me (and others here). and as they drive away the ASM, most of us will leave because he is the only one that supports us in this store and cares about the "tractor way".
It would help if they actually followed instuction by the managers and cared about helping the store

Happy customers that love to talk about their pets. Also, farmers that depend on us for supplies.
Again, raise employee morale. Giving games out based on our work is tone deaf corporate. This past Christmas, the only gift received was a corporate Christmas card, all while managers are getting yearly bonuses.

The district manager michelle erickson should be what changes for the company to get any better. The way she treats her managers and staff is unexeptable. She will yell/put down the employees at the service desk where everyone can see and hear just to embarrass you

The interview is fine itself it's just the people you work with and they don't really do background checks right there's no company handbook that you're haven't given and your started off and have to do a whole bunch of computer work but I really get as much training in person
