What makes you most happy at work?Interacting and helping people everyday
What is the best part about your compensation package?Money and all my friends.
What did you like most about the interview process? The manager was nice and informative
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?not enough direction, too much expected
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Improve compensation to be at least comparable to fast food restaurants. If the CEO can profit $11 million/yr, then obviously the stores are not hurting. Allow your employees to make a fair wage and work the full time hours they deserve/
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Listen to the concerns about your employees. We are losing good team members and our concerns are going unheard. Our ASM has been beat down and is on the verge of losing his job over NOTHING other than then fact that the SM does not like him and the DM ignores ALL concerns.
