the company needs to start caring about its employees and not how much money they make cause its showing in all employees when they get MAKE US MONEY drilled into their heads EVERY SINGLE DAY and again they don't care if you make the money happily or unhappily

Getting rid of the things farmers need to bring in decorations. Loosing costumers because we never have what they need.

What's going wrong is that we don't value our workers. In my store there is a lot of nepotism and hiring of buddies that blows up in our face. Big improvement would be a change in store manager
