I make far less money than other cashiers at other nearby retail stores. I secure more credit cards, Neighbors club, and Power Plus plans than anyone in my store. I would feel better making a dollar more per hour.

Again, raise employee morale. Giving games out based on our work is tone deaf corporate. This past Christmas, the only gift received was a corporate Christmas card, all while managers are getting yearly bonuses.

The district manager michelle erickson should be what changes for the company to get any better. The way she treats her managers and staff is unexeptable. She will yell/put down the employees at the service desk where everyone can see and hear just to embarrass you

The interview is fine itself it's just the people you work with and they don't really do background checks right there's no company handbook that you're haven't given and your started off and have to do a whole bunch of computer work but I really get as much training in person
