Tractor Supply Company Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Money and all my friends.

Posted a month ago

it is a good company to work for PTO is good

Comparable to other companies in the area

Dental and vision are the best

I like that they offer dental for part time employees

Insurance is the worst anywhere

I now have insurance and money for retirement

Matching stock pay and 401k

It seems more fair and better than most jobs

401k and tuition reimbursement is a plus

Best part about the compensation package is not only the raises but also getting to see how you are doing on a performance base that way you know how you can further improve yourself.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I have insurance and it's not super expensive

All the benefits offered in the package

Review from Customer Success Dept

Benefit options even at a part time level

I receive full health benefits even though I'm part time. The insurance companies they use have many widely available Drs and pharmacists locally.

We get bonuses and great benefits.

I mean theres quite a few good things.

They take care of employees like family

Stocks , employee discount, health insurance, wages

Able to take days off

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Improve compensation to be at least comparable to fast food restaurants. If the CEO can profit $11 million/yr, then obviously the stores are not hurting. Allow your employees to make a fair wage and work the full time hours they deserve/

I applied for a certain position and got hired on pretense of being promoted and have yet to be

Review from Customer Success Dept

I make far less money than other cashiers at other nearby retail stores. I secure more credit cards, Neighbors club, and Power Plus plans than anyone in my store. I would feel better making a dollar more per hour.

Fair hours and pay based on knowledge and experience.

Review from Sales Dept

We are not paid comparably to local job market. Turnover is high because of that.

Paid to little, never given enough hours.

If I could be the woman I know I am--with the penis I still have. And grow a feminine beard.

15/hr is the new min wage in the world we live in, we cant get or retain good employees to do a manual labor job when they can make more money doing less literally anywhere else

More help, less condensation, more positive

If loyal employees were paid as much as new hires

Same jobs pays double in other states!

Better pay time off quicker

Our culture lends itself to a very busy work style in which team members are expected to have great product knowledge. Jacks of all trades - masters of none. Having said this, we're paid on par with other retail establishment workers but not commensurate with our skills.

Review from Sales Dept

Extremely I got moved up to a position because somebody quit just for them to be able to take their two weeks back and get the position back so I learned all this training for nothing

Review from Operations Dept

I dont know what number to call hr

I feel undervalued as a team lead because of the current job market and demands of the job. I get paid 15.35 and hour as a team lead most of my other workers at at 11.00 its just not worth the expectations and lack of home life.

Review from Sales Dept

I am always put on the register the men never have to work it or even learn it when they first start. It has been this way ever since I started and other women feel the same way.

Considering my title I have more job duties and responsibilities than I should. I'm always trying to give the best customer service I can. Stocking shelves making sure organization is kept for a good work place. Never ever recognized for what I do but always told I need to do more. When I know I do

Better team members and leadership

Wages have not risen with cost of living. This company has cut benefits as well, all while padding their wallets on the back of average workers
