While our title may be comparably compensated, at Dynatrace we are held to a higher standard, work with far more technical and advanced topics than others with the same title, go above and beyond the call of duty, and provide customers what they say is "something they can't get anywhere else"

I honestly feel that the company desires to be the best, most customer-centric company in the world but doesn't want to pay its workforce a commensurate rate. Also, Those who go above and beyond are compensated the same as those who fail to meet expectations.

Setting salary bands should be based on the actual costs of living. Disclosing salary bands company-wide would also be great. Giving equal benefits across locations and finding ways to make sure people can build their future with Dynatrace. Simply listen to the people.

I have been underpaid compared to market value throughout my 3-year Dynatrace tenure, even though I have consistently received strong performance marks. I would like for leadership to raise my pay when I bring data to back up my claim, and not say that there is nothing they can do.
