Dynatrace Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Restricted Stock Units as delayed significant addition to my salary

Review from Engineering Dept

that is being paid monthly

Review from HR Dept

for me it's definitely the homeoffice

Review from Customer Success Dept

Package is linked to both experience/knowledge and role/scope. Constant validation against industry standards and rates.

Review from Finance Dept

Basic salary is good and Comms Structure

Review from HR Dept

Klimaticket (Austria), Barista in the Linz HQ

Review from Engineering Dept

Eco Mode, ESPP, salary on time

Review from IT Dept

I think the stock packages are a great addition to the salary package.

Review from Engineering Dept

health insurance for my family

Review from Operations Dept

My on-target earnings are very fair.

Review from Sales Dept

Great compensation for achieving targets.

Review from Engineering Dept

Negotiable increases and long-term investment options.

Review from Engineering Dept

Salary, MyTime, and Wellness Days are the most beneficial to me

Review from Operations Dept

Improved Parental leave in USA

Review from Sales Dept

The RSUs I receive and will hopefully continue to receive

Review from Sales Dept

Medical insurance and remote work

Review from IT Dept

Possibility to work from home without any issues whatsoever and with all possible & reasonable accommodations. Materially, klimaticket and regular salary which grows year-over-year. Although it could grow a bit faster to beat inflation ;)

Review from Engineering Dept

Potential to exceed, ownership, support

Review from Sales Dept

Klimaticket (public transport) is adding great flexibility and is also helping to match climate goals

Review from IT Dept

Great options to suit different employee situations, unlimited vacation time, wellness days

Review from Product Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There are a ton of variables within sales and SDRS. Amount of leads per region/territory, quality of accounts, number of new logo accounts (which is the primary charter). My comp plan would be more fair if the territories/accounts were looked at in a granular manner for propensity of QSO/opportunity

Review from Sales Dept

While our title may be comparably compensated, at Dynatrace we are held to a higher standard, work with far more technical and advanced topics than others with the same title, go above and beyond the call of duty, and provide customers what they say is "something they can't get anywhere else"

Review from Customer Success Dept

Fair salary based on my performance (regardless of my age)

Review from Engineering Dept

I think my compensation should match what I bring to Dynatrace through my work and dedication.

I think that in the case of post-sales, an incentive mechanism over salary is what the industry is used to.

Review from Customer Success Dept

When a peer, who was hired 6 months past me,tells me that his salary is 50k€ higher than mine while I was doing his job on top of my main job du

Review from Sales Dept

Increase my annual compensation due to the number of years working at Dynatrace as wearing multiple hats

Review from IT Dept

Below market value for similar positions More transparency

Review from Customer Support Dept

make double job, happy to help, but nothing in the other side. No evolution perspective or recognizing (on both side: human & salary)

Review from HR Dept

Over the last years due to inflation I earn less and less despite some raises.

Review from Engineering Dept

yes, I feel undervalued, because my compensation should be in line with my duties. I work for two employees in the team, but my compensation is the lowest in the team and I don't think it's fair

Review from HR Dept

leveled with peers doing the same job

Review from HR Dept

Be listened to. IMO Too many decisions are taken by one person - direct management is ok in wartime. We need more agility and autonomy - we are smart, and we are happy to co-build the company, and take ownership, not only take orders.

Review from Engineering Dept

The mileage price is out of the market, terribly low. The cost of fuel is much higher than paid. There is no health insurance for the family. Car allowance is really low and out of the market. There are other offices in the country with much more benefits. Companies in the sector are paying more.

Review from Sales Dept

I honestly feel that the company desires to be the best, most customer-centric company in the world but doesn't want to pay its workforce a commensurate rate. Also, Those who go above and beyond are compensated the same as those who fail to meet expectations.

Review from Customer Success Dept

stop the fake promises from mgmt.

Missing 10% inflation adjustment hurts a lot

Review from Engineering Dept

a review of the current structure

Review from HR Dept

The company is very stingy with RSUs, and most of our competitors are far more generous. This is a key part of compensation in other companies, and it does not seem like something that DT prioritizes.

Review from Marketing Dept

Setting salary bands should be based on the actual costs of living. Disclosing salary bands company-wide would also be great. Giving equal benefits across locations and finding ways to make sure people can build their future with Dynatrace. Simply listen to the people.
