Previous question - no, I don't "look forward" to working with them, it's just a job. I don't have any issues working with them though.

Leadership needs to see where there are fractured relationships that are placing barriers up against groups that at one time worked together very well. Leadership has taken a step back and not addressing the elephant in the room.

Significant issues with knowledge sharing and willingness to support when onboarding and training. A need for far better self awareness when communicating to consider how recipients receive feedback, in the current environment it can be viewed as overly aggressive and rude.

less competitive and more teamwork to a common goal (also managers fault that competitive thinking and talking seems to be better for your career at Dynatrace than actual getting the work done)

The team lacks energy, enthusiasm & motivation to be successful or creative. Budgets are small which is prohibitive. Motivation is low because there is no connectivity or collaboration. Enthusiasm is low because there are no clear goals or rewards.

I have worked in the software industry for many years, so I am experienced and know what good looks like. I am also respectful towards my colleagues but the sense of team and people in general have been the most disappointing aspect of joining Dynatrace. The culture is not good.

Better cross-team alignment. Everyone seems to be at it individually (Silo effect). Same product with near Zero visibility cross-team wise. "I don't report to you or your boss so why would I keep you in the Loop?" Very common when questioned.

I feel the lines of being direct versus rude are crossed and not proactively checked by management when it is known. It is addressed when brought directly to management's attention so in that sense I feel supported. My philosophy is to take the high road but it is distracting.
