I would say a lot of inconsistency right now. Things fluctuate, but the biggest thing is there doesn't seem to be a lot of alignment with departmental leadership, which leads to a ton of confusion about what's actually best for Dynatrace.

    Depends on who you work for and what team. Many work remotely at their discretion while others are required to be in the office. Also, many are allowed to travel and work remotely for extended periods of time. It would be great if the policy was the same for everyone. I think it would increase morale among those who are mandated to be in the office 5 days a week.

  • Varies by team and role, but everyone has the technology to work from home at any time when needed. I would say Dynatrace is very flexible. Even positions that are office based often will work from home if there is a weather emergency, or a busy event going on downtown causing traffic issues. Also, most office based positions have an option to work from home 1 or 2 days a week.

  • Unless you are a sales person or sales engineer, don't count on a remote option moving forward. They have reverted from a very flexible remote employee policy to being very office centric (Waltham, Detroit, San Mateo in the States) and more managers are wanting to have their employees be stationed outside of their offices so they can quite literally see them and monitor them.

  • Any positive reviews posted on this site are crafted and curated by a savvy HR department with "plants" in other departments. This is the most toxic company and it will grind you to dust without a care for you as an employee.

  • I think it depends on what office and department you are in. There are a lot of changes happening that sadly are making the morale drop rather quickly for some.

  • It's really good! Everything from our product vision to our front line execution is aligned. The entire company is behind it. Employees are informed and everyone is in great spirits!

  • Depends on the time you start working is what determines your days off from day one. Unlimited sick days and a CEO floater holiday and a personal floater holiday

Our leaders throughout all Dynatrace teams are committed to exemplifying positive professional traits. While putting an emphasis on teamwork, responsibility, collaboration, and communication.

  • It is a total white boy geek club - and there is so much in-fighting, it constantly causes the employees to shift gears, fight fires, and exhaust resources on projects that are not thoughtfully governed.
