We need to be willing to make the necessary changes to process to stay current and change at a much faster pace.

Get rid of the old Compuware legacy in thinking and process matters. It is a nightmare compared to ther companies. Break down the silos of teams.

too many broadcasts top-down and inability to listen (not just hear) little or no delegation to middle managers: before talking to the customer about serious projects, you need to spend time with DD improve the customer relationship experience for back office functions (admin, DD, invoice...)

The product requirements are murky and unclear, and the product owners have no idea what should be expected from the product. They wave their hands a lot, but ask them about any specific details and they are like children in a fog.
