Valid concerns of employees should be addressed honestly, since management keeps asking for them. Sometimes it seems like all you are getting when rising a concern is a load of buzzwords, but no real answer. It is OK for management to say "I don't know" sometimes or simply tell what's what.

We bend over backwards to eat our dog food even if our product does not have the right capabilities. That's fine if we would then work on developing the right capabilities. But we don't in a lot of cases.

Company constantly creates new managerial and adminstrative roles and takes away people who do the actual work to fill in those positions. We end up more people doing the bureaucracy than doing the job they were hired for.
