Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have taken on managerial responsibilities with no additional compensation; it is making me question my decision. There needs to be a formal salary structure. This isn't a 'start-up' anymore; there needs to be some rapid improvements to retain resources.
