Making my Customer I am responsible for Happy w.r.t Arista Products deployed in their Network.

Everyone backs up each other and everyone is very highly technical and experts in their domain and hence there is a lot to learn from each other
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone in the team care about the People in the company and also they are very technical and they have made sure the company hasn't swayed from its founding roots.
