Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
we are under paid compared to the industry average. Comp plans do not change to properly reflect outcomes. Commissions are split to compensate rather then pay multiple people on the same sale

It's unfair of me to answer that question because of the recency in hire, but I believe my work ethic has proven beyond my current salary compensation :) I agree I have time to continue to prove this and receive a raise in pay.

Arista is in a transformative, quick-pace market. Success in one area does not mean success quickly in other areas. The compensation needs to match the pace of entering new markets, and the rate of adoption.

In the beginning, the compensation seems low and wanting, but if an individual has drive and actually wants to make a difference, they can make fantastic money. I think the company could improve our competitiveness for attracting top talent.

Love working with Bob Phelps. He's thorough and reliable. He also is very approachable for our customers and build trust quickly.
