Arista Networks Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Getting Stock shares when I Started

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 11 days ago

RSSUs, ANET is a well performed stock and RSSU is a very helpful part of the package for me.

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 12 days ago

Great medical, Roth option in 401K.

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 12 days ago

ESPP and stock grants are great

Review from HR Dept · Posted 12 days ago

It does give an insight vision and growth of company brings in more to employees who are with arista, I would say part of the growth as stock compensation or otherwise

Review from Customer Support Dept · Posted 12 days ago

Having a stake in the company with RSUs

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 12 days ago

When ANET goes up in value

Review from Customer Support Dept · Posted 12 days ago

Best part is the Arista stock.

Stock RSU's and Employee Stock Purchase Plan

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 14 days ago

The stock component is strong in my situation.

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 14 days ago

The ownership share through RSUs that effectively aligns the org

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 15 days ago

Happy about everything...feels like a well-rounded amazing package.

Review from Operations Dept · Posted 15 days ago

Best in the networking industry

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 16 days ago

Good starting stock grant size

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 18 days ago

Salary compensation is the best part, followed by stock for additional compensation, then health/dental benefits.

Review from IT Dept · Posted 18 days ago

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

we are under paid compared to the industry average. Comp plans do not change to properly reflect outcomes. Commissions are split to compensate rather then pay multiple people on the same sale

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 12 days ago

I feel undervalued because my compensation does not fully reflect the scope, volume, and complexity of the work I handle. Pay aligned more closely with my responsibilities, ownership, and cross-functional support would help.

Review from Operations Dept · Posted 12 days ago

No clear guidelines on how someone can grow within the company. Annual salary increments are negligible with possibility of stock refreshers being the only change.

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 12 days ago

It's unfair of me to answer that question because of the recency in hire, but I believe my work ethic has proven beyond my current salary compensation :) I agree I have time to continue to prove this and receive a raise in pay.

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 12 days ago

Arista is paying below market average for most roles. There are tradeoffs, but the difference is real.

Review from Operations Dept · Posted 14 days ago

I wold love it if the company provides lunches every day. I'm in the Nashua office and we get lunches two days a week and are supposed to have lunch on one day. If the company provides lunches every day it would greatly reduce the time I spend on cooking and just would make life so much easier.

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 15 days ago

Pay better aligned to my years of experince

Review from Operations Dept · Posted 15 days ago

overall compensation is heavily dependent on stock price

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 18 days ago

The base pay is low compared to other companies.

Review from HR Dept · Posted 18 days ago

Arista is in a transformative, quick-pace market. Success in one area does not mean success quickly in other areas. The compensation needs to match the pace of entering new markets, and the rate of adoption.

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 18 days ago

In the beginning, the compensation seems low and wanting, but if an individual has drive and actually wants to make a difference, they can make fantastic money. I think the company could improve our competitiveness for attracting top talent.

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 18 days ago

I have been in the company almost three years, one of the years I got an evaluation that was to be improved. however I have not received any salary increases and my work have been always very good, even if one period I didn't reach my goals 100%. I think that the inflation is at the moment eating

Review from Operations Dept · Posted 18 days ago

better salary, better yearly bonus and RSUs grant, better 401k matching

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 19 days ago

I am highly invested in the technology and the vision. However from a pure sales standpoint we do not offer competitive compensation packages. I believe sales should come with guaranteed compensation the first year and/or recoverable draws.

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 19 days ago

can do better by comparing the benchmark

Review from Finance Dept · Posted 19 days ago

Need to review base pay, promotion and total compensation

Review from Operations Dept · Posted 19 days ago

Our pay is way below the market standard

Review from Product Dept

Better base pay, at least industry standards should be maintained

Review from Customer Support Dept

Basic pay is not par with industry standards especially where cost of living is very high.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I think that sales comp plans could be better to align with what competitors or other tech companies offer.
