They are very friendly and give me a chance to work on my ideas. There is a lot of potential growth at Arista personally and professionally. When I reach out to my manager about the ideas that I have, he never stopped from implementing them

The caps of the income level per the specific role is prioritized. It does not give ones motivation to perform better in the role we are in, so each of us can serve the company better than past years.
