It has been a good sic months into Arista and i have been welcomed warm heartedly by everyone! My most excitement journey would be to continue and be a part of Arista for its growth.

Both remote and onsite I have had positive work and off-work environment with not just my team , but outside with org
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It does give an insight vision and growth of company brings in more to employees who are with arista, I would say part of the growth as stock compensation or otherwise
What makes you most happy at work?
The very foundation on which Arista evolved and continue to grow gives me immense excitement and adding the customer engineering hat where we help at field do give me immense please to be part of Arista
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have been welcomed! with an open heart and intend to show my expertise by leadership by day one into joining Arista. Wanted to share a note of thanks to manager Jaison who has helped me towards getting into the Arista culture.
