Growing and maturing the PS organization to meet customer demand and grow the Arista footprint
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team has developed a great business plan that is fiscally conservative and there is a defined growth plan that strategically places Arista in the market with continued growth into the future.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have taken on managerial responsibilities with no additional compensation; it is making me question my decision. There needs to be a formal salary structure. This isn't a 'start-up' anymore; there needs to be some rapid improvements to retain resources.
