The company is not adapting to the current market that involves higher salary, Unlimited PTO in all the regions, Real Remote Work (possible to work in different countries), and even the option of the 4 days workweek.

They scheduled a session just to speak about the compensation package and to explain every detail. Usually, there are some tabus about speaking in money, but everything was really clear to me when joining Talkdesk.
