What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Doing the schedule together and not letting it change a day before a shift or last minute when they know there are people that like to work and need to work to make a living for themselves and not having to struggling with eating everyday and not having to ask for help with bills.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The best way for a company to show their appreciation of an employee is to give them Adequate raises. Everyone should be paid at minimum, which for me is $19 per hour.

Being fair either each other and not picking and choosing who they want to work with every day and not having one coworker feel like they are nothing to the other coworkers

It was quick, easy, They had me paired with another person which was weird.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management needs to do better and working on themselves and working together a team and not one manager doing all the work or one manager treating employees like crap
