I think the most positive is the amount of different people we have come in to the store.
It is a positive environment where we work towards a goal as a team and learn together.
For the culture they give you snacks
Possibly when the vendors show up to teach us about the products. And the small get togethers we have to do events. Everyine gets along and we all love to bounce off of each others energy.

Absolutely nothing its at the HiGhest scale possible
Acknowledge your senior employees. Seniority has to mean something. Fighting for hours with someone who was hired a month ago after dedicating 8 years to the company is ridiculous and unappreciated. False hope for advancement is why our turn over rate is so high. Take care of your employees.
Better training and hiring people who want to work there. I also believe starting BA's two dollars of minimum because workers do more than what is listed. Giving fair hours & room for improvement.
Communication and more discipline for those that are in the wrong. Less favoritism.
