the people working are positive and that helps customers

Everyone seems to work well together, I enjoy conversations with the guests, and we all love sharing our favorite products and checking out all the newness that comes out

The customers i interact really like the help i give them and my coworkers and i are always there to help each other out

I think the most positive is the amount of different people we have come in to the store.

It is a positive environment where we work towards a goal as a team and learn together.

For the culture they give you snacks

Possibly when the vendors show up to teach us about the products. And the small get togethers we have to do events. Everyine gets along and we all love to bounce off of each others energy.

I feel as though the general manager should be more understanding and actually try to actively work with her employees instead of having other employees train new employees with no background knowledge or assistance.

Absolutely nothing its at the HiGhest scale possible

Acknowledge your senior employees. Seniority has to mean something. Fighting for hours with someone who was hired a month ago after dedicating 8 years to the company is ridiculous and unappreciated. False hope for advancement is why our turn over rate is so high. Take care of your employees.

Better training and hiring people who want to work there. I also believe starting BA's two dollars of minimum because workers do more than what is listed. Giving fair hours & room for improvement.

Communication and more discipline for those that are in the wrong. Less favoritism.

Clear policies with clear consequences. Positive reinforcement. Value employees as much as customers and shoplifters
