Have more growth for the employees more training they never come around unless it's for their most popular stores and their main concern is being biased but never trainings. No one employees get training or 101 with leadership unless your general manager and you go to GMC
Doing the schedule together and not letting it change a day before a shift or last minute when they know there are people that like to work and need to work to make a living for themselves and not having to struggling with eating everyday and not having to ask for help with bills.
