Very poor. Believe only the women all black men are liers. Thats the policy. Ulta Beaty has the most pervert women in the world preying on black men and eliminate them when they don't yield to their seduction. Lies telling from the girls systematically eliminating black men over time. The lies are always the same. Sexual harassment, inappropriate conversations.

Its a nightmare to work for ulta beauty if you are an African American man. U will be ok if you stay in on position. Try to progress and you will quickly be eliminated by fiers competition from women who will do one thing , two convincing stories about sexual harassment. And u are gone no questions asked.

I would probably find ways to give customers more incentive to sign up for loyalty/credit.

I think we need more employees working a shift to ensure there are enough hands for assisting customers in finding products and being able to run the registers. A lot of first time customers come in curious about our store which means potential loyalty sign up opportunities.

Pay increases for seniority. Pay and title And hours for the work you do and have done for years but without the benefits of the position. Extra pay for training new hires. More work should equal more pay

None, not allowed to socialize outside of work off the clock.

No future with the company no matter how hard you work. Management doesn't mean they have common sense or even a high school education for that matter.

Don't voice your opinions. They don't matter. Don't make friends, everyone acts like gossip high school teenagers. The more ass you kiss the more you succeed. Hard work and seniority doesn't mean anything. Everyone is Expendable.

Children just out of high school who can live on part time hours and still live at home. No ambition to grow with the company. Not interested in full time hours because only managers with no social life get full time.
