very friendly, i think of some of them like family. we all truly love each other, and we always back each other up as well. my fellow beauty advisors and i have fun together at work.
Besides the two head managers and one of the newly promoted lead cashiers, I loved my team at Ulta Beauty. They were some of the most kind hearted people ever.

They are fun and love all things beauty which is why they started at Ulta in the first place. They are full of knowledge. They come from so many backgrounds: cosmetology, skin therapist, mua, retail, ops, etc.

Catty and petty attitudes need to be checked at the door.
I'm excluded out of everything they never sit down and talk to me about the store and how it's doing
apparently there is no way to get assistance with maternity benefits with this company. you can be told by the dr it is unsafe to work and will not get paid. you can have the child and still need to wait more than 2 weeks for any answer. 4 weeks with no pay!

Im consistently bullied by management and nothing is ever done.
Being fair either each other and not picking and choosing who they want to work with every day and not having one coworker feel like they are nothing to the other coworkers

People dont show up for shifts and call out
I really think the issue with Ulta beauty is managment.
We don't have meetings or clear communication
Be allowed to speak to each other more than a minute or two at a time. We are treated like machines. Only ones who can talk are those at front of house.

The store just needs a new everything the rom and gm needs to be split up since they're best friends
They could actually be nice for once. Ask instead of demand. They could tell the truth for once.
Some coworkers are amazing but others love to throw anyone under the bus for brownie points with the GEM even if the accusations are not true.
Stop taking about other coworkers
All the rules need to apply to all employees!
