I've been working foe Ulta Beauty for Five years and I keep getting disappointed by how this company treats their employees and how much they are undervalued, underpaid and over worked.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The best way for a company to show their appreciation of an employee is to give them Adequate raises. Everyone should be paid at minimum, which for me is $19 per hour.
