Leadership/Management needs improvement. There is only one manager out of all managers that I consider a decent human being. All other managers are immature and seem to only work at Ulta for the gratis.

Management was not selected based on prior experience, which I know it doesn't have to be, but to be able to properly manage in this store I feel like you should have some retail or salon management experience. None of the managers have had any management experience at all and it shows.

The pay down here is absolutely laughable, I went from $10.50 an hour to 9.25. I was told fake benefits from my hiring manager, then promised many hours and given a fluctuation of good and bad hours. They sometimes hound you into always making goals, which makes sense, but not the best approach.
