What's going wrong is the cleanliness of the store, employees are rude , have no respect for customers when an issue is let known. Not providing allowed time for breaks like they should. Parking lot filthy dust all over store products dirty sticky floors and horrible bathroom .

Manager should be fired for editing hours worked for bullying and name calling employee on social media. calling and texting to harass the employee company shouldn't allow this. If this manager was dealt with for her unprofessional actions, the company might be properly staffed.
