At my store it's very positive. We work as a team and care and support each other most of my team has been together 5 to 11yrs and we work well together. We train new managers and are proud of what we do.

Unfortunately, when I think of company culture regarding family dollar, the only positives that come to mind are corporate farmed blanket patronizing statements.
to be honest, the only positive thing is after being there a long time as a cashier, the customers become part of a family. I look forward to seeing my regulars.

The store is ran like a virtue signaling socialis lead writer's sitcom comedy set, and if you're not contributing with words amongst them that sound pretty enough to them, then you're not going to be allowed on set.
