The most positive about the culture and environment at Family Dollar on Washington Road is that you get too meet all types of people from all types of life! I love it!

There's a sense of possibility. People look to what Family Dollar can become and are excited to do their part to help the company, and by extension each associate, succeed.

My co-workers and the customers - especially the regulars

The friendly usual customers whi come every day and you get to talk to

At my store it's very positive. We work as a team and care and support each other most of my team has been together 5 to 11yrs and we work well together. We train new managers and are proud of what we do.

Everyone gets along people rarely bring their personal problems to work

I try to stay positive and keep my team up with positive says like your the best ,we can do this great job guys your the bomb, you did a fabulous job today ,couldn't have do e it with your you stuff like thst

Unfortunately, when I think of company culture regarding family dollar, the only positives that come to mind are corporate farmed blanket patronizing statements.

to be honest, the only positive thing is after being there a long time as a cashier, the customers become part of a family. I look forward to seeing my regulars.

The customers is why I liked the job foreal the company ain't right at least the mangerment I was under they partake in retaliation but say integrity matters no it don't they too busy sweeping things under the rug

WE NEED A MANAGER THATS GOING TO TALK TO US WITH RESPECT WE ARE HUMAN THE WAY SHE CAME IN WASNT RIGHT AT ALL

The store is ran like a virtue signaling socialis lead writer's sitcom comedy set, and if you're not contributing with words amongst them that sound pretty enough to them, then you're not going to be allowed on set.

Horrible employees that don't do their job and treats people badly shouldn't keep their job. They should be replaced so bad employees don't run off good hard working employees
