The interview process I had on Washington road , I really cant say because it has been one bad experience after another with me and this money handeling!
My interview was almost 8 years ago with a positive man and a keen for wanting a brand and standard allowing us store managers to manage our buildings to grow sales and standard
It was an informal interview process
She was friendly and nice
depends on the person who does the interview
Asked questions on things i could relate to
Boss made it feel like she cared
Their respectful and understanding My boss Tammy is one of the best
Asked me honest questions how id handle someone difficult
The store mgr was personable and could relate to my needs as a parent plus certain health issues
How fast I was hired
The store manager was very compromising and understanding
I suppose its easy when youre left alone to read everything thoroughly.
It was a casual conversation.
Manager willing to work with my disability
This interview was good and the question
Review from Sales Dept
She called me to interview even though she didn't have a opening but she called me right back and said I have a opening are you still looking!
Review from Sales Dept
It was very easy to take to the manager
I love my manager and I went to work the next day
The asking questions and getting to know me
Find a better process might help
Make it more informative about the company
Introduction to other employees, summary of duties and responsibilities of the position being hired for
Conduct actual interviews. I was closing and opening after just 3 day on. NO TRAINING
I didn't even sit in the office. It was literally at the register
Nothing that I can think of at the moment
I was told "There is no such thing as a stupid question." That was a lie, because on the following days during restock that I asked about placement location or location names, it was "It goes where you think it goes" or "It is what you think it is." Answered like I asked a stupid question.
Review from Operations Dept
I didn't have an interview
I had no interview no traing just threw some keys at me and i started store #2174
Review from Sales Dept
I think if HR wasnt trying to be froends with everyone they can see who really wants to be there to work and who really doesnt
alot of people arent even interviewed they just have them bring their stuff in
I wasn't interviewed, I went to an interview, was ask my name, and told I would wtart as soon as everything was in the computer.
They dont ask legit questions the only thing they care about is if someone can come to work when they need them not when they are avalible
Review from Customer Support Dept
I was harassed during the interview process by Maria
You all hire people without warning them of who has a record of sexual misconduct working there
I personally, was told not to clock in for my ilearns.
Interview In Private Space Not In Open Area Where Customers Are
Don't drag feet during process
Let every candidate know that they will get paid less than everybody in town but expected to do more work
Ask more questions and make sure that they are willing to stay and work
