What do you like best about the leadership team?

They're loyalty and our friendship

Posted 16 days ago

We all work together and have fun at the same time

They are committed to Family Dollar's success and to supporting the communities where our stores are located. They value every associate and their contributions to that success.

Good communitcation. Always available for questions and excellent guidaince.

Very motivating and are just trying

We all work good together

nice to work with here

They're always on it and then make sure things get done

My district manager is reasonable and helpful when assistance is needed. I appreciate candor and acknowledgement of a job well done from the RD

The new store manager is very supportive and all about the store.

Working together like a family

They're very knowledgeable and always willing to help

We work together and get stuff done

Our DM is easy to work with and talk to. He helps us when asked.

Support the atore managers not pick favorites

Prioritizing productivity over assigning blame.

Communication and accountability are just a few

Communication is the best way to go

Speaking to us with respect, stop making up rules about policies I can look up, too much to say.

Managing staff roles and responsibilities, providing appropriate breaks and offering incentives for hard work.

they promote like most retails, and I've been in the business for 40 years for for not what you know, but who you know higher-ups are very uneducated and have no experience in the retail business usually and don't understand the truth of what retails all about

Being, dressing and acting professional.

There is no leadership. Anytime there is a problem the DM says its the store managers responsibility and when its bought to the store managers nothing is done. Hours are being cut and they expect the store to be up to par with only 2 ppl working

Appreciate our hard work everyday

Communication and people skills as well as better understanding

Store leadership needs to show up, no excuses. If they can't get to their shift when scheduled then they can't tell ither employees to be on time. 48 hrs is the minimum if they can't hit that then they do t need the position.

Being leaders. They dont inspire work. They foster an extremely toxic work environment.

Following protocol. They say what the rules are but don't follow them. Sewage was coming up from the floor n flooded our back room, no working bathrooms & they stayed open like that. I refused to work n they took my pay.

The manager threatens people's jobs when he has a bad day. The team is excellent but the manager and his landlord he hired are a problem

Cant ever get ahold of

Stop lying and telling the truth and telling part-time ASM things to tell us. SM needs to tell the Full-time ASM herself not to relay a message

Listening to people and the team

Keeping the store clean, well stocked, take better care of it's employees
