Horrible, manager and co-workers cuss other employee's the manager edits your time worked. They name call and write post on social media name calling and cuss an employee. The manager stealing money and product from the store. The manager and 2 other employee's harassing until that employee's quit.

Not having my hours edited so I lose money that I already worked for.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Store management shouldn't be allowed to bully others or cuss steal from company. They should be leading by example

Don't let hateful judgemental manager look down on people that's applying due to the way the talk or look

stop singling out one employee and siding with manager. Thinking lying and bullying like the manager is going to save their job later in the future
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Horrible employees that don't do their job and treats people badly shouldn't keep their job. They should be replaced so bad employees don't run off good hard working employees
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Manager should be fired for editing hours worked for bullying and name calling employee on social media. calling and texting to harass the employee company shouldn't allow this. If this manager was dealt with for her unprofessional actions, the company might be properly staffed.
