What is the best part about your compensation package?
I will be more informative once I begin investing. Sorry. As for the insurance... company insurance usually lacks. Too expensive for what little you get.

Required to work too many hours due to a low payroll budget do the work is the responsibilty of the salaried manager....me.

You don't offer much in the way of middle ground. Do you? We watch each other's backs but... it's also very frustrating at times.
