I will be more informative once I begin investing. Sorry. As for the insurance... company insurance usually lacks. Too expensive for what little you get.

Managers not being so underhanded and setting better examples. Treating the customers better... Value every customer who walks through the entrance of the store

You don't offer much in the way of middle ground. Do you? We watch each other's backs but... it's also very frustrating at times.
