If they respected hard work as opposed to those who can chat them up and virtue signal similar belief structures to their own. Things seemed to turn sour (without me saying anything) from the day after I added them on FB Messenger to keep contact. (Live in dead cell service zone). I nvr missed work

I have been oromited twice thennwas told my papereork was not complete. Which is not true, I have emails that say ir was compketed snd accepted.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some of them are great, but mainly management and a few supervisors have faults, especially a few supervisors whom will burden other coworkers by hiding in stockrooms, take numerous smoke breaks, and then hide in restrooms, contributing little if any. One seemingly getting away with next to nothing.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I work anywhere from 4 1/2 hrs a day to 9 to 10hrs a day. And I almost always work on my days off. Cause we're so short staffed. Due to the management at the store. U have one manager who can't even count the drawers Correctly! And she's a manager! Horrible horrible

The store is ran like a virtue signaling socialis lead writer's sitcom comedy set, and if you're not contributing with words amongst them that sound pretty enough to them, then you're not going to be allowed on set.

The employees come to work in bad spirits everyday. They are not given enough praise and encouragement in their work and have lost interest in pleasing management. Their schedules are irregular and the store is understaffed.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I was told "There is no such thing as a stupid question." That was a lie, because on the following days during restock that I asked about placement location or location names, it was "It goes where you think it goes" or "It is what you think it is." Answered like I asked a stupid question.

Invest in real security systems, music and radios, store repairs, and a full staff. Management should be chosen based on merit (enthusiasm required), not seniority.
