What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Cleaniness. How to treat employees and customers. Have some sort of feelings and their families and stop working them like a dog with no payroll to get help.

Trying to force employees to work doubles with the threat of loosing their job and then making it insanely difficult to quit without it looking bad for you on your resume (such as making it look like you got fired)

I know we have a pandemic going on but how is the New hire being paid the same or more then employees that's been working a year or more? Fair wages would make me feel a lot better Im a Assistant Manager making $10.80 a hour and now the New Hires are coming in at $10.50 make that make sense.

everything. The budget for help. I could have turned that store around if yall would have just given me some hours to have a cashier and another person to help me in the back

When I'm able to help a customer find what they are looking for, then suggest something else to make it even better and then when I see them again and they have a story for me of how it all worked out. That's what makes me happy I work a family dollar.
