We greet and care for our customers we work together to get task done we're like a family we get along we help each other without even being asked

My customers the laughs they get from the team even when there not at there best just the smiles we bring to there faces knowing that we help them

We work together to keep our store clean and safe for our customers and we give 99% out of 100% to preform the task we are ask of us at all time's
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know we have a pandemic going on but how is the New hire being paid the same or more then employees that's been working a year or more? Fair wages would make me feel a lot better Im a Assistant Manager making $10.80 a hour and now the New Hires are coming in at $10.50 make that make sense.
