My overall experience at the family dollar has been horrible, i would not recommed any of my family or friends to work there at all, the Distract Manager Jessica is not a very nice person and she is always coming in the job hungover from the night before whenever she comes to my job to "help" us.

The only positve thing about the company is the coustomers

Leadership needs to have better comminucation and also a better understand of other peoples personal life

The distract manager and her attuide and also the way she treats the people that work for her
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They dont ask legit questions the only thing they care about is if someone can come to work when they need them not when they are avalible
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I only get paid for what i am applied for but my manager makes me do way more than what i am suposed to be doing so i basically get paid cashier pay to do Manager work
