Poor leadership! Lack of training obviously and they lie to make their company or management look better.

More compensation for the work I put in would be great for me financially. Sometimes you feel like a cog when you have to work multiple jobs to get by.

Minimum wage for working in fast food isn’t a new concept, but it’s outdated and wrong. I have to work HOURS of overtime to make up for it.
