What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Treating employees fairly; focusing on reducing the toxic work environment

Drive thru, espeically is focused on getting ppl in and out. It's hard to interact with customers on a personal level.

Sometimes low quality items- Also mistakes

We need all staff members to be in tune

Review from Customer Support Dept

The typical day just needs to be entirely less stressful for the pay and the job will improve drastically.

Review from Sales Dept

Get rid of that management team

Review from Customer Support Dept

Employees have no compensation or benefits. For some, there is no reason to excel because there is no reward. There is no communication between upper management and employees. Employees actually get penalized for trying to contact upper management.

Review from Operations Dept

I'm usually just tired and a little stressed from working alone.

Review from Sales Dept

Customers are rude, and management is rude back so it doesn't help the situation when we are in our busiest times.

Review from Sales Dept

again lack of benefits and care
