Tim Hortons Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I love everything about my leadership team

Buen ambiente, apoyo, union del equipo

They do great work and lead the team

they are progressive in nature

They were really likable people and very easy to talk to.

always helpful, help in hand when needy

They know how to run a shift. It's senior management that don't see that. They don't experience what we go through every shift and they judge us based on the one day they visit.

they are always looking to help and give good direction

all are very helpful and motivates every time

Good. Place is very diversity.

Teamwork some poeple are difficult to work with. Some people easy to work with.

I like their personality and loyalty

They consider the needs of the employee, even if they can be a bit demanding at times.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Easy to get along with and will repeat things when needed

Review from Sales Dept

They work with your hoirs and are understanding and flexible

Review from Customer Support Dept

Being treated with kindly and fairly.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I like that they care about independent franchisees in Canada. If only the United States branch were treated like real businesses.

Review from Operations Dept

They get along for the most part and make decent dicisions.

They treat us all with respect and try not to overwork anyone

Review from Sales Dept

They are all a bunch of interesting characters.

Review from Sales Dept

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

should respect and value team members and should not do partiality

Treating people with dignity and respect; actually listening to people; too much favouritism

Treating people with dignity and respect

not being one-sided and picking how t treat people by how long they have worked there

She is never going g to change her attitude no poi t get better

Should support team , team work

recognizing hard workers, giving staff incentives to work hard, bakers should get a raise, no more drive thru times unless whole staff gets something for it

get better at inclusion in the workplace

Consistency in scheduling Listen and not say it's my way or the highway Respect your older team members on the team Work with individuals and resolve issues Keep your team together not against each other or at arms Reflex on your quests! Not good customer service

Some of the people are making they work to do with us and they are sitting at lobby

Being less involved in politics. Not telling everyone in the store a problem they have with one person. Not locking people's medication up in the office when it falls out of their bag. Not letting supervisors and floor support access confidential information. actually reporting injuries over termina

2 managers that do nothing but play on cell phones or giving out maximum disciplinary for the smallest mundane thing. For a power trip. God complex

Treat employees with respect. Dont work them till they break and toss them like they're worthless

Direction, training, follow through, communication.

Poor leadership! Lack of training obviously and they lie to make their company or management look better.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Employee/home office relations. Making their own decisions regarding employees based on employee performance not the prejudicial judgement of a glorified secretary.

Review from Operations Dept

Mostly communication I would say.

Review from Operations Dept

They could definitely work on motivational speaking. The energy is very bleak and brings the negativity out of everyone

Review from Sales Dept

purchasing, waste, scheduling, general running of the store

Review from Customer Support Dept

Communication in a nutshell, there is no sharing of information.
