WELL MAYBE IF PEOPLE ACTUALLY SHOW UP THAT WOULD BE GREAT. Seriously, the people at my location don't show up. When I worked day shift, we were - we are - constantly short staffed. I work nights now and people still no-call-no-show. WHY?
