What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Hygiene and safety stnadards. They produce fast service with nothing else in mind

First word equality and see that other also human

Not be so judgemental and catty. Worry about their own selves not everybody else.

Workers would be fine if management was changed

WELL MAYBE IF PEOPLE ACTUALLY SHOW UP THAT WOULD BE GREAT. Seriously, the people at my location don't show up. When I worked day shift, we were - we are - constantly short staffed. I work nights now and people still no-call-no-show. WHY?

They need to take the time to actually train the new exmployees. Like step by step without rushing through it. Things can get confusing otherwise and doesn't equal to a fast learning experience.
