I would feel better, if i wasn't held at gunpoint when I say I want to quit.

I am doing the responsibilites as a supervisor and getting paid as team leader

a livable wage that wont increase prices the same amount or more

My team and I try our best to make drive thru time but our best is considered our worse performance. They do not consider scenarios where customers may change their order or the fact that there are customer who order a lot of items that require more time to make. We only have a linited amount of ppl

Lots of screaming, lots of making the team members feel small and useless. Don't get me wrong, there are good days and bad. But when it's good it's good. When it's bad it's REALLY bad.

they question you about the every day scenario that helps to think in the right way

The manager was nice and warm

my manger tried making me comfortable throughout the interview and the questions weren't hard to answer

The interview procedure was conducted in a single session. As a result, the interview was adequately scheduled. In-person interviews were an excellent approach to hiring new personnel.

Hire people that can speak english

They should willing to accomodate eligible candidates

Actually conduct an interview and train your employees before letting them on the floor by themselves and getting mad that they dont know how to do the job.

Do your homework on management positions

Be honest, don't hire people solely based on what race they are or if you know them already.
