There are jobs that are starting individuals with $20 that is in customer service, warehouse employees are starting out with $21. I feel like we should be making $20 plus per hour.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
IT device is old without replacement. epecially on working laptops; there is no mouse give to laptop user from IT. Security is managed manually that may not be so secure.
