What I like best about the leadership team's focus on development. They actively encourage learning, offer meaningful feedback, and create opportunities for growth. Their support makes a real difference in how we progress professionally.

They need more empathy independent an more professionalism, Too much cronyism. If you are not the favorite even if you work hard you will not advance in the company. Unrealistic goals and lack of trust due to too much gossip, this create a problematic environment. The bonus system is not correct.

They should: bring back Concentrix culture before webhelp; listen to the employees when we fill out surveys; make people enjoy working here not only because we need a salary, which should accompany inflation, cost of living and raise the salary within the law, not stagnate it. etc

They change the clock in times without even consulting the agents even though they tell the members that they can log in early also change is very difficult to bring in the system even if it is for good and there is a poor change management system. There is lack of recognition and transparency

The leadership team needs to get better at transparency with lower level staff. There have been changes here that were swept under the rug, like changing DEIB to I&B as if diversity and equity are bad terms. This was a quiet change, and no one announced it, obviously because they knew it was wrong.

adequate pay for work providd, mentioned repeatedly by myself and others, on my team and in other departments, with no result over the course of several years.

Taking care of its employees. Happy, well paid, adequately insured employees are happy with their company. Our Turnover is something they EXPECT...so they know we do not do a good job retaining good people. Practices are inconsistent at best and communication is non existent
Review from HR Dept
Communication, trust in specialist team members, and focusing on the big picture and not crowding the lanes below their pay grade.
Review from Marketing Dept
As a company, they need to genuinely invest in their employees. Monetarily. There is no reason why a tenured member of any staff should be food stamp eligible working for a global company. love this Company and what I do, but the compensation does not meet standard

Hold the client accountable for classes, if they request a class they must stand by it and not cancel. Change the headcount but do not cancel. I feel this is why we have such a bad VOC survey.

Less Micromanagement and more pay
Review from HR Dept
Leadership needs to get better at not micromanaging employees. Leadership needs to be better at listening to employees and actually applying the feedback they get in order to make actual changes, such as wage inquiries, overtime inquiries and advancement opportunities.
