When we get sick, our bonuses are taken away, even though they come from the guests and we earn them by providing good service. Compensation for agents is poor. A worker who feels valued and appreciated will always give more of themselves.

The compensation is the bare minimum and, at least in my project, due to the client data and everything is not enough. There is different compensations amounts, which is unfair. The meal allowance is not enough. The compensation is for the minimum when the company wants the most.
